Notice of the Märkische Kreis on the opening of electronic access

In accordance with Section 3 of the Law on the Promotion of Electronic Administration (E- Government Law - EGovG NRW) in conjunction with Section 3a (1) of the Law on the Promotion of Electronic Administration (E- Government Law). 1 of the National Administrative Procedure Act (VwVfG NRW), the possibilities for the transmission of electronic documents by citizens and companies to the Märkische Kreis are published below.

  1. The transmission of electronic documents is possible by e-mail:
    • You can send free and non-confidential e-mails to the following central e-mail address:Poststelle @ maerkischer-zirz.de.
      You can also send e-mails directly to the contact person you know. The e-mail addresses can be found on the website of the Märkische Kreis.

If you approach the Märkische Kreis by e-mail, you will receive an answer by e-mail when the information is general. Confidential data will not be sent by e-mail from the Märkische Kreis to your own protection. In this case, we answer by post.

Your emails

To ensure the confidentiality of your communications, you can send encrypted messages to us. The following encryption procedures are supported by the Märkische Kreis.

For the encryption you need our so-called "public key." This is available for download under the following link: Märkischer Kreis.cer (see below) If difficulties occur in decryption, you will be informed by the district administration of the consequences. The size of the acceptable emails is limited to 10 MB.

If your emails contain viruses, these emails are completely deleted from the Märkische circle's virus programs. A message about the deletion cannot be made.

Please do not send us any e-mails with linked content, as this is a common form of transmission for viruses or phishings.

  1. The Märkische Kreis can also be reached by e-mail for confidential or written replacement electronic communication. De-Mail allows encrypted and authenticated mail and file attachments. To replace a legally required written form, the special form of the sender-confirmed email is required. The written form may also be replaced by the transmission of a qualified signed electronic document.

Further file formats can only be approved on a case-by-case basis after prior consultation with the competent contact person.
