Kreis Höxter Open Sunday - Open Sports Offer

TheOpen Sundayis an open and free exercise offer for children aged 6 to 11.

IntroductionOpen SundayA sports hall or outdoor area is transformed into a movement landscape or parkour with many exciting stations and a lot of fun.

TheOpen Sundaytakes place on Sundays in a period of about 2 hours. During this time, the children are allowed to exercise and gain versatile movement experiences.

Clubs from all over the district, partly in cooperation with local schools, offer one or more Sundays.

Financially supported by theOpen Sundaysabout the project Kinderstark - NRW creates opportunities for the circle Höxter. The project is not supported by the sports youth of the district sports association Höxter.
